Shipping policy

Turnaround time is 1-3 weeks from the date the order is placed depending on current orders. This is subject to change at any time without notice. Turnaround time does not include shipping timeframe.

Once item ships you will receive shipping info with tracking. All orders ship either UPS, USPS or FEDEX unless otherwise specified or an alternative shipping method is selected. 

Once item is shipped, 635 Designs is not liable for any damage incurred during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to shop policies on how to proceed and I will do my best to help you.
